Silvio Thiede was born on March 11, 1969 in Pasewalk, Germany.
He graduated from Technical University and University of Applied Sciences in Dresden, Germany with Master's degree in Construction and Mobile equipment. Mr. Thiede holds a Master of Business Administration, Asebuss Executive Program, Bucharest Romania and American Executive MBA Certificate from Kennesaw State University, Atlanta, USA.
Silvio Thiede has extensive experience in building materials production in different countries. Mr. Thiede had been working as General Manager of TBG Romania Beton Group SRL (Romania), Development Manager of Carpatcement (Romania) and Head of IT Department Central Europe Region of HeidelbergCement Group. Before assignement to position of General Manager Ukraine Silvio Thiede has been working for HeidelbergCement Rus as General Manager of Northwest Region and General Manager of CESLA Cement Plant.
Since January 10, 2013 Silvio Thiede is a Chairman of the Management Board, General Manager Ukraine, НeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC.
Vadim Oleynikov was born on January 28, 1960 in Leningrad, Russia.
In 1982 Mr. Oleynikov graduated from Leningrad institute of waterborne transport, major – Engineer of industrial and marine mechanical and electrical equipment. Vadim Oleynikov has considerable experience in various business segments. In particular, before joining HeidelbergCement Group, Mr. Oleynikov for 11 years had been working on managing positions for SGS - well-known Swiss company (market leader of independent expert appraisal, laboratory research and certification) in Saint-Petersburg. From 1997 to 2004 Vadim Oleynikov was a Head of Saint-Petersburg Affiliate. In 2004 Mr. Oleynikov started to work for HeidelbergCement Rus on the following positions: Purchasing Director of Cesla, OJSC, General Manager of representative office of Norcem Kola in Murmansk, Purchasing Director of HeidelbergCement Rus, etc.
Vadim Oleynikov participated in a number of distinguished training programs, has lots of certificates on professional trainings and workshops.
Born on November 12, 1971 in Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine, Alexey Kharchenko studied engineering and construction in Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine. He graduated from National Institute of Applied Science INSA in Lyon, France.
Mr. Kharchenko obtained a high-quality business education within MBA program (focused on Eastern Europe, organized by 3 higher education institutions in France: Mines ParisTech (Ecole des Mines), ENPC School of International Management, Institutes of Political Studies (Institut d’Etudes Politiques)). Alexey Kharchenko started his career in 1993 in Interpromstroy, CJSC, which produces and sells promotional materials and office furniture. Has experience of the successful organization of restaurant business.
From 1996 to 1997 Alexey held position of project manager in Lafarge, Paris, where he worked in Department of development for Eastern Europe and CIS countries. From 1998 to 2007 worked in Sales and Marketing department in Lafarge CIS in Moscow, where he held such positions as Marketing and Sales representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director, Sales and Logistics Director in Central Russia.
In September, 2007, Alexey Kharchenko joined HeidelbergCement Rus, LLC, as a Sales and Marketing Director in Central Russia and in January 2010 he was appointed to take up a position of Sales and Marketing Director in Russia.
In February 2013 Alexey was invited to HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC, to take the post of Sales and Marketing Director.
Born on April 3, 1981 in Dnipropetrovsk, Anastacia Krivenko graduated from Kryvyi Rih Institute of Economics where she earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit. Holder of ACCA certificate – International Financial Reporting.
In 2005 joined HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC as an economist of planning and control of investment resources and after – as an economist of controlling department. In 2011 Anastacia did an internship in headquarters HeidelbergCement Group (Heidelberg) in controlling department for Central Europe - Central Asia. From July 2012 to October 2013 was a Head of controlling and international reporting department in HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC.
In November 2013 Anastacia Krivenko was appointed to a position of Human Resources Director.
Helen Kovalyova was born on April, 1, 1978 in Dniprodzerzhynsk, Ukraine. Helen Kovalyova studied Law in Dnipropetrovsk National University and later in 2000 she studied Accounting and Audit in Dniprodzerzhynsk Technical University.
In August 2001 Helen started her career as a legal counsel in DULON, LLC in Volodarsk-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region. From 2003 to 2005 worked as a Head of Contract Department in Dniprovagonmash, OJSC, in Dniprodzerzhynsk, Ukraine. In January 2006 Helen Kovalyova joined “Zavod metallokonstruktsy”, JSC, where took a position of legal counsel, Engels, Saratov region, Russia. From August 2007 to February 2010 was a Director of “Center” Pravoviy-Zahist”, LLC where she provided legal support to individuals and businesses. In March 2010 Helen was appointed to the position of a Director for Legal Issues in the forwarding company Intercartrans, LLC \ Interleaseinvest, LLC.
In 2012 she has received a certificate entitling her to engage in advocacy.
In June 2013 Helen Kovalyova joined HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC, as a Head of Legal Department. In January 2015 Helen was elected as a Member of the Managing Board.
Born on June 28, 1954, Dr. Bernhard Gaebler graduated from Technical University of Dresden, where he specialized in Civil Engineering. Later graduated with a doctorial and received his PhD in economics in Technical University in Dresden.
For a certain period of time Dr. Bernhard Gaebler worked in research and education spheres, was a Director of Economic Affairs and later took a post of Managing Director in BTV Construction Company in Berlin. From 1995 to 2006 worked for HeidelbergCement AG where he occupied various executive positions in the companies of the Group in Germany.
From 2006 to 2014 Dr. Bernhard Gaebler has taken the position of Director Building Materials in HeidelbergCement Rus, LLC, Russia.
On April 1, 2014 Dr. Bernhard Gaebler was appointed to a position of Director Building Materials and General Director HeidelbergGranit Ukraine, LLC.
Yevhen Polulyekh was born on May, 5, 1981. In 2003 Yevhen graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State chemical technology university where he studied chemical technology of refractory and silicate materials. Between 2003 and 2004 served in Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In 2005 Yevhen started his career in "Dniprocement", OJSC (today - Dniprodzerzhynsk plant of HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC) where he was a shift foreman in production department. Between September 2006 and October 2007 did an internship in Heidelberg Technology Center, Germany, visited plants in Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Kazakhstan where he gained his professional experience. Yevhen worked as a shift foreman in drying shop, later was a production engineer and in the end of 2008 he was appointed as a production manager in Dniprodzerzhinsk cement plant. Starting from January 1, 2011, took a position of Plant Manager of Dniprodzerzhnsk cement plant, HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC.
November 1, 2013 was appointed as a Plant Manager of Amvrosiyivka Affiliate, HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC, which was soon transformed into structural subdivision Amvrosiyivka cement plant, HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC. On January 1, 2016 was also appointed as Plant Manager, Kryvyi Rih plant.
Dr. Gergely Borosi was born on May, 13, 1975 in Miscolc, Hungary.
In 1998 Dr. Borosi graduated from University in Miscolc, Hungary for the specialization “Process engineer”. Later graduated with a doctorial and received his PhD in Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, Germany. Dr. Borosi worked in fields of research and building materials where he gained his professional experience. He was invited to work as a collaborator in Otto-von-Guericke University. Later he joined Holcim Group where he took managerial positions at the plants in Switzerland, USA and Russia. For a certain period of time Gergely worked as a Project Manager for optimization of production process at Volsk cement plant, Russia, as a consultant in Holcim Group Support, Switzerland, Production Manager at the Mfamosing plant, Unicem in Nigeria (joint venture between Holcim and Lafarge).
Between July and December 2012 Dr. Gergely Borosi worked as a Plant Manager in Abu-al-Ashamat (joint venture between Al Badia Cement and Italcementi) and was a member of Management Board. Before joining HeidelbergCement, Dr. Borosi worked as a Plant Manager in Knauf Insulation, Russia as well as was a member of the Board of Directors.
On August 7, 2014 was invited to take a position of Plant Manager of Kryvyi Rih plant, HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC. On January 1, 2016 was appointed as Head of Technical Department, Kryvyi Rih, Kamyanske and Amvrosiyivka cement plants.
Igor Samus was born on April, 29, 1974 in Dniprodzerzhynsk, Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine. In 1993 Igor graduated Dniprodzerzhynsk Metallurgical Technical College for the specialization "Installation and exploitation of electrical equipment of the enterprises and civil buildings".
Starting from January 1993, worked as an electrician in the converter shop in Dneprovskiy Dzerzhinskiy Metallurgical Plant.
In May 1993 served in Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In 1995 was taken to the position of electrician in maintenance workshop in JSC "Dniprocement", Dniprodzerzhynsk.
In 2001 Igor graduated Dniprodzerzhynsk State Technical University for the specialty "Electromechanical automation systems and electrical actuation".
In 2001 was transferred to electrical repair workshop, in 2002 was appointed as a Head of electrical repair workshop at Dniprodzerzhynsk plant, in 2003 was transferred to the Energy department to the position of Maintenance manager and in 2005 was appointed as a Chief Power Engineer at Dniprodzerzhynsk plant.
Between 2008 and 2009 Igor graduated Crimean institute of Economics and Business Law and obtained HR Manager Qualification.
In May 2009 took a position of Chief Technical Engineer at Dniprodzerzhynsk plant.
As of January, 1, Igor was appointed as Acting Plant Manager Kamyanske cement plant HeidelbergCement Ukraine, PJSC.
